In a previous blog the many different Samsung LFD monitors were broken down into many different series, including CX, DX, MX, MP, UX, TS.

These codes represent the many different capacities and capabilities of each monitor.

An important note is that each series also have a networked version that comes with a built in PC, which adds an “n” to the end of the code. (For example: CXn) To discuss both monitors at once a common shorthand is per example CX(n).

The built in PC has a 4 gig flash hard drive, 512 RAM, a Graphics card and is running Windows XPe.
