They cover the findings of students at the University of British Columbia who were creating a documentary called “Frontline Ghana - Digital Dumping Ground”.

The reason this report is so alarming is simple. One of the Hard Drives that was uncovered was originally from U.S. Defence Contractor Northrop Grumman and it had sensitive information still on the drive. The Hard Drive included: sensitive information about hiring practices, credit card numbers and family photos.
